Vital Options International
Founded in 1983 Vital Options International provides health education, advocacy and short term support in the form of groceries and utility payments to qualified Patients living with a chronic, terminal or rare condition. Vital Options International also provides assistance to Family Caregivers and Family Members. Vital Options International is a 501(c)3 non-profit which services a global community. FOOD SUPPORT FOR QUALIFIED SENIORS AND PATIENTS DIAGNOSED WITH A CHRONIC, TERMINAL OR RARE CONDITION RESIDING IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY.

Vital Connections is a Caring Online Community giving Patients, Caregivers, Family Members and Friends the ability to share their thoughts, ideas and stories of inspiration, motivation, and support to help each other.
